ProSolutions Technology LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) operates VisualSync Displays. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.
What we collect
- Account & billing: Business / venue name, email, phone (optional), payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage: Login activity, display configuration, menus, and content you enter for your Location.
- Technical: IP address, browser/device type, and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- Provide and bill the Service for each Location you subscribe to.
- Send account, billing, and support messages.
- Improve reliability, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Sharing
We use Stripe for payments and email providers for transactional messages. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Retention & security
We retain data while your Location’s account is active and as needed for billing, legal, and backup purposes. We use reasonable safeguards; no online service is 100% secure.
Your choices
Contact us to update account information or ask questions about your data. Cancelling a Location’s subscription ends new billing for that Location; some records may be kept as described above.
