Terms of Service
1. Agreement
VisualSync Displays is a service of ProSolutions Technology LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By starting a trial, completing checkout, or using VisualSync Displays (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
ProSolutions Technology LLC provides VisualSync Displays — digital signage, menus, games, and related TV display tools for bars, restaurants, and similar venues. The Service is licensed for use at the one business location named during signup (your “Location”).
- You may connect unlimited TVs and display devices at that Location under one subscription, using the display URLs and serial key issued for that Location.
- Each Location receives a unique serial key and isolated account data.
- The Service is not licensed for use at any other address, franchise unit, or sister site without a separate subscription.
3. Subscriptions & pricing
- Per-location billing: $25.00/mo + $2.50 processing applies to each Location. Pricing is not shared across locations.
- Free trial: New Locations may receive a 7-day trial. One trial per Location. We may decline duplicate signups for the same venue name or abusive trial use.
- Payment: After the trial, your card is charged monthly through Stripe until you cancel that Location’s subscription.
- Multiple locations: To add another Location, complete a separate checkout for that venue. The same email may be used, but each Location remains a distinct subscription with its own serial key and billing.
4. Your account & responsibilities
- Provide accurate business / venue name and contact information for each Location.
- Keep admin PINs and serial keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not share one Location’s serial key, display URLs, or subscription access with another business or physical site.
- You are responsible for content shown on your displays (menus, images, messages) and for complying with applicable laws (including alcohol advertising, copyright, and local regulations).
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use one subscription to serve multiple unrelated locations or resell access to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass billing, access controls, or display restrictions.
- Upload or display unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Interfere with the Service or other customers’ use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected misuse.
6. Cancellation & non-payment
- You may cancel a Location’s subscription from the admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Cancelling one Location does not cancel subscriptions for your other Locations.
- If payment fails, we may mark the subscription past due. After 31 days without successful payment, we may suspend that Location’s access (admin login and TV displays) until payment is restored or the subscription ends.
- No refunds for partial months unless required by law or explicitly offered in writing.
7. Availability & changes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version and date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email where appropriate.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. ProSolutions Technology LLC is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Location’s subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that Location in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
